Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped, with tags still intact, and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items. You should expect your refund within four weeks of returning the item. This includes:

• Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
• Time it takes us to process your return (3 to 5 business days).
• Time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. When you place an order, we will provide shipping and delivery estimates based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page during checkout.

Please note:

• All shipping rates are weight-based, and the weight of each item is rounded up to the nearest pound.
• We do not ship to international destinations at this time.
